16 pages, four to a legal size page, 8 signatures, 4 double sided sheets, collate, staple, fold, 3 side trim. For color laser printer, print at 96% to allow margins. For printing press, request mirror image two color separations on tabloid layout for film positives for metal plates. Cost of materials (no labor) to make on a press is 2 1/2 cents per booklet. HIS Print Media Ministries has been mass producing these booklets on a printing press, for 6 cents each in English and Spanish. The French version is now ready to be printed. Translators wanted for additional languages. We suggest, for printing, one use the newer June 2018 document also posted on this website.
